ORDER AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you accept that you have carefully read, understood and accepted the present terms and conditions of Label Red Knot policy. You will receive an e-mail from our team containing an order reference number with details of the product(s) you have ordered. The Order Reference is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. We will contact you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided by you at the time of order placement. Additionally, we may limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or any other unauthorized party. All payments made on purchases at Labelredknot.com shall strictly be as per the MRP displayed in the website.
For customers placing orders with overseas delivery, you would be responsible for any charges levied by the country you reside in, payments for which need to be made at the time of delivery in order to release your order from customs on arrival.
We accept the following forms of payment:
•Debit and Credit Card payments (Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express)
•Net Banking
•UPI (Google pay, Paytm)
We only accept one form of payment per order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you place your order, it goes into processing. You will receive an email with an order reference as confirmation of your order. If for some reason your order cannot be processed, we would intimate you within 72 working hours of receipt of your order. Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your delivery.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Free shipping is offered only to customers in India with an order value above Rs.10000/-
For customers outside India, international shipping charges, duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.
DELIVERY
Items will be couriered to the address provided by you in the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery.
We do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
A single service provider may not have a strong network in all countries hence in order to optimize shipping lead times we work with several different service providers. A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.
TIME FRAME
Typically, we take around 10 to 15 business days to deliver an order within India.International orders will take up to 25 days to deliver.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes for which delay, the company cannot be held liable.
We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. The company cannot be liable or held responsible if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
