Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Care Team at the earliest, and they will help you out.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Refund is provided only when the order is cancelled prior to dispatch, in other cases we issue only store credit.

As soon as your cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In all other case, an online store credit receipt will be sent to your email ID.

Do you offer reverse pick-up?

No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. We do not accept returns on international orders.
