- Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. All you have to do Email us info@labelredknot.com, and we will help you out.
Damaged Goods
We suggest to take a video/pictures while opening the package in case there is damage.
Once we receive the return product, it undergoes a quality check,
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
Terms of Return & Exchange
Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and in its original packaging. Please email us within 3 days of receiving the product and return the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please note we do not accept returns for international orders., Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange as per the eligibility of your order.
Note: The products bought during ‘sale’ are not eligible for exchange/return.
The returned good must contain on labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Red Knot reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.
All returns will only be on credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you
This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.

All refunds are made by the way of a credit note only
- Do you offer reverse pick-up?
No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. We do not accept returns on international orders.
